Today is the Umbrella of Care Supper - We hope you can join us from 5-6 PM at the Houlton Parks & Recreation Building. This is a wonderful way the ABW/True Blue Ladies minister to the community by providing the supper. Hope you can join us! Menu tonight: Meat Loaf, Macaroni & Cheese, Cole Slaw, Rolls and Brownies & Ice Cream for dessert.
There will be no Summer Choir practice next Sunday, July 6. Barbara London (Louise London's daughter) will be providing the special music on Sunday, July 6. Barbara is an accomplished musician and flutist and we know she will be a blessing as she ministers to us in music. She will be accompanied by Louise and Mary.
The Houlton United Methodist Church has invited any children from our church to attend their Vacation Bible School to be held August 11-15 at 5:00 PM (including a light supper) to 8:00 PM. The theme is "Hiking with Jesus" - Friend Trek. If anyone would like to attend VBS or assist at VBS please our church office and we'll pass the message along.
Reminder - the ABW Baptist Park Serving will be July 9. Mark your calendars and join us for a worthwhile day. We'll be carpooling from the church at 7:30 AM
4th of July Parade - volunteers needed to walk the parade route and help "clean-up"
You may have noticed an additional photo album on the back table- This is an FBC picture album that you may add to. If you have any pictures at home of people in the church and you want the church family to enjoy them also, bring them in and add them to the book. It is helpful if you put some names on them. There are some small sticky notes in the book to write the names of individuals on. Let’s see if we can fill all the pages with photos of our FBC family.
Pastoral Visitations If you need or would like a home visit from the Pastor, please call the church office or his home. He would be glad to set up a time for a visit.
